Our buildings are made by Old Hickory Buildings. They have been built with Mennonite craftsmanship since 1997. We offer quality material and construction with a 5 year warranty.

Our Rent-To-Own option offers low monthly rates. Our no-strings plan allows you to have you own storage unit at you home or business, when and where you need it.

No Credit Checks. Just pay a security deposit and a first month's rent and we will set up a building at your location.

No Interest. Unlike a traditional loan, there is no interest. Simply Rent To Own the building for 36 or 60 months and the building is yours. We also offer a 40% discount off the rental balance to those who pay off early.

No Strings. The rental agreement is on a month to month basis, Meaning you have the flexibility to turn in the building at any time for any reason.
